1.  Does the facility have a method in place to identify all employees that enter the warehouse and / or office facility? (This can be in form of Photo ID badge or other method).    
     工厂是否有适当的方法,以确定进入仓库或办公设备的所有员工的身份? (这可以体现在照片ID证章或其他形式)。
1.1  staff Photo badges or      员工的照片徽章或
1.2  factory uniform or      工厂制服或
1.3  electronic access control with PIN required     具有PIN码的电子门禁控制要求

2.  Are all visitors requested to show identification or register with the security guard, prior to entering the warehouse and / or office facilities?    
     所有访客进入仓库和/或办公设施之前保安是否请出示身份证或注册?
2.1  do the security guards ask for ID
2.2  do the guards issue visitor badges
2.3  is there a visitor log with date/time for entering and exiting         访客进入和出去的日期/时间记录

3.  Is there a procedure in place whereby all visitors are either issued a company visitor badge or escorted by an authorized employee onto the premises?    
    是否有适当的程序,使所有游客都出示任何一家公司参观证或经授权的雇员押运进入处所?
3.1  issuing security badges to visitors or        为游客发放安全徽章或
3.2  escorting visitors?        护送访客?

4.  Is there a procedure to handle terminated employees to ensure keys,badges, etc. is returned to an authorized company representative before the employee leaves?    
    是否有程序来处理离职员工,以确保员工离开之前钥匙,徽章等都返回到授权处?
4.1  return all keys, badges, factory uniform and etc...       返回所有的钥匙,徽章,厂服等。
4.2  and with signed record of returning keys, badges, factory uniform and etc…        签署返回所有钥匙,徽章,厂服的记录。

5.  Does the facility have procedures for regular employment screening and interviewing of prospective employees, including application verifications and background checks (where allowed by law)?
